| Hey Sledd'n Daddy... I do not ride in the mountain, or rarely in deep snow, but do ALOT of trail(hard packed) riding! Half way through last year I was using 6" 60º carbides and it was ok. Put 8" 60º carbides on and made a night and day difference! I have 144 studs in my track and can turn on a dime.
You may want to try the 10" like VOHK mentioned. They will probably suit you well!
