Yea... I would guess that you probably wouldn't notice a diff between 4" and 6" with no studs.
I had 6" on my sled when I first put studs in and then when I put in the 8" Holy SH!T there was a diff. After turning with the 8", I can say now...that I couldn't steer for nothing with the 6"
