| Thats what I was gonna say. Plexi is fairly cheap too. Just cut it to the size of the sticker, paint it and rivet!
make sure you either use aluminum rivets with your aluminum trailer, or coat them really good with clear silicone before you stick them in the hole so that 1-you do not get corrosion between the metals(I think it's called "galvanic corrosion"), and 2-moisture will not seep thru.
