Where Do You Ride?

Hey guys, if your from the Northeast (The only place on the east coast that actually has snow...) where do you go ridin'? I always go to Pittsburg, New Hampshire and areas around that down to Twin Mountain. Also, anyone here go to the grass drags in NH?

i usually make my way from my house right on the trail system, either into newyork, or a little ways into pa, but newyork is definatly the way to go. i only live about 30 miles from the new york line, then the trails get nice. pa is really rough. i dont travel with sleds. if i did, id go to canada, i hear its awesome.

I ride in the Moosehead lake area of Maine. Great trails and close to Canada. Definately worth the longer drive to hit them up.

When there is snow I ride spencer ma to the NH border. Prefer maine though. Maine has nh and vermont beat all day. Awesome trails with no speed limits and under a $100 to register for the year. That doesnt mean you can legally ride with the flipper to the bars all the time but it leaves more options than NH. Just my preference though.

I go to fort Kent, Me like they said it cheap, season reg is like $68 theres no speed limit on most trails but when you do come to one you can be sure they'll be around to enforce it. Trails are nice all season except for one week they host a big sled rally or somthing and those idiots distroy the trails and it normally takes the groomers about a week to fix all the damages. Then it goes back to peiceful and beautiful sleding. only big down side is that its 10 hours for me and i live in ct. if anybody is thinking of going let me know and i can tell you where to stay.

I am in the central Finger Lakes of NY. We get a fair amount of "Lake Effect" snow and have a lot of decent trails. I can ride all day and never cover the same trail twice.
